Unfortunately Pirates has recently withdrawn from the Premier grade this season. The club and its players are focusing on the Senior One grade and will look to rebuild its Premier side for next year. We all wish them well and look forward to seeing them back in the Premier grade next year.
This means we’ve got five Premier teams trying to get their hands on the Lee Brothers Shield. It’s been a few years since we had just five Premier teams and there used to be three rounds during the regular season when this happened.
This year, in consultation with club coaches and players teams will play two home and away rounds with a one-day tournament in May for something extra. More details will be released later this week.
The Premier and Senior One draw will be available to view online later this week.
