πŸ‰ Contact tracing is mandatory at each playing field;
πŸ‰ Maximum of one parent/supervisor per child per game – you must report to the team coach/manager who will record your presence on a contact tracing form;
πŸ‰ Game equipment – post pads, cones, ball etc – must be disinfected by each team at the conclusion of each game;
πŸ‰ Club and Union officials will be present at all venues to help coordinate the day.
A copy of the draw as well as maps of the grounds can be downloaded here. It is also available on the Poverty Bay Rugby website. Please communicate through your coaches and club delegates if you have any questions.
We will continue to work with our clubs and volunteers over the coming days to ensure this weekend’s games are enjoyable and safe.
Keep an eye on this page and the website as any changes will be communicated this Friday 21nd August.
A huge mihi to our club delegates and volunteers for their efforts over the past week and commitment this coming Saturday to make this happen.
Thank you for your patience and consideration.
